Eternal Memories: Custom Cremation Jewelry in Japan

At Jewelry Petit, we offer custom-made memorial jewelry using the ashes of loved ones or pets.

We recommend online design consultations via Zoom or WhatsApp before your visit to Japan, supporting you from design selection to production.

It takes about four weeks to complete, so please consult us before your trip.

Production can start before you arrive in Japan, and you can place the ashes into the jewelry during your visit.

1.Initial Contact: For custom-made cremation jewelry inquiries, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Let us know your specific requests, including your preferences and budget for the jewelry.

2.Setting Up the Initial Zoom Meeting: After receiving your inquiry, our representative will arrange the first Zoom meeting. Don't worry if you don't speak Japanese; our staff can communicate in English or use translation apps to understand your preferences. We are also available for ongoing consultations via email or WhatsApp.

3. Creating and Proposing Design Images: After discussing your preferences and collecting necessary details, our designers will create a design sketch tailored to your specifications. We will then send this sketch to you via email for your review. If you have a specific image or illustration in mind, please send it to us. We will use it as a reference to provide you with a precise estimate.

4. Deciding on the design: Once the design has been decided and we have received your formal request, we will proceed with the production of the jewelry.

For complex designs, we will create a 3D design for design confirmation. Please review the 3D design and let us know if any adjustments need to be made. This process can be adjusted as needed.

5. Final design decision and start of production: Once the design is decided, production will begin. At this stage, you will be required to pay part or all of the production costs. Payments are processed through the Square payment system using a credit card.

8.　Confirmation of the Finished Product: Once the jewelry is finished, the designer sends photos or videos of the finished product to the customer. At this stage, the final confirmation and approval is requested.

9.　Ash Placement Service：When you visit our store, you can bring the ashes of your loved one to be placed into custom jewelry.

Once the ashes are placed, the jewelry is permanently sealed either by welding a metal cap or by setting in resin. Additionally, it's possible to engrave messages left by the deceased onto the jewelry.

This entire process offers a beautiful way to preserve memories and keep your loved one close at all times.

At the Kitayama main store, immediate services such as cap welding and message engraving can be completed on the same day of ash placement.

At other locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto Gojo, the process may take up to a week.

You can also choose to pick up the completed jewelry at a different store.
