2. Setting up the first Zoom meeting: After receiving your inquiry, our staff member will schedule the first Zoom meeting.
3. First Zoom meeting: For jewelry renovation, please let us know your desired design, budget, delivery date, etc. Our designer will make suggestions based on your ideas and requests.
4. Creation and proposal of design image: After consultation, our designer will create a design sketch based on the information received. This design will be sent to you via email.
5. Deciding on the design: Once the design has been decided and we have received your formal request, we will proceed with the production of the jewelry.
For complex designs, we will create a 3D design for design confirmation. Please review the 3D design and let us know if any adjustments need to be made. This process can be adjusted as needed.
6. Final design decision and start of production: Once the design is decided, production will begin. At this stage, you will be required to pay part or all of the production costs. Payments are processed through the Square payment system using a credit card.
7. Sharing progress updates of the production process: We will share images or videos of the work-in-progress jewelry with you, allowing you to stay informed about the progress. This will enable you to see how the jewelry is taking shape and make any necessary adjustments if needed.
8. Confirmation of the Finished Product: Once the jewelry is finished, the designer sends photos or videos of the finished product to the customer. At this stage, the final confirmation and approval is requested.
9. Delivery: Finally, the completed jewelry will be delivered when you visit the store.
